Average House Prices in St.Catherines
2020 was a busy year in real estate, with real estate prices trending upwards in St.Catherines. Average home prices in this area are as follows:

St. Catherine’s has two major shopping centres.
The Pen Centre is an indoor mall that also has a grocery store, and many chain restaurants surrounding the centre. The Outlet Collection at Niagara has numerous retail businesses in an outdoor mall setting, with ample parking. It is also a great place to get a classic Canadian treat such as a Beavertail, or to dine from one of the food trucks that frequent this establishment.
If you are looking for a dining experience where you can view the Canal and many ships passing by, you need to try George’s Greek Village restaurant for delicious greek food.
If you are looking for some asian fare, try East Izakaya, where their bento boxes and sushi come highly recommended. If you are looking for gourmet eats and drinks, head downtown to dine at Bolete to try Chef Andrew McLeods latest takes on Canadian cuisine.
Indoor Recreational Activities
The Catherine Art Gallery is the place to go to see local art or take a class.
If you are interested in learning more about the history of the area, make sure you stop by the St. Catharines Museum and Canal Centre at Lock 3.
If you are interested in concerts or performances, the St. Catherines First Ontario Place is a beautiful venue that hosts a wide variety of musical talents and performances.
Outdoor Parks and Recreational Activities
This area is home to beautiful parks and waterside areas, as well as many wineries.
The outdoor art at 13th Street Winery is a must go to, and while you are there make sure to try one of the many flavours of butter tarts they make at the bakery.
The Port Dalhousie section of St. Catherines has a beautiful Lakeside Park where you can go for a stroll, check out the boats at the marina, ride the carousel, and have a swim at the lovely beach.
The Centennial Gardens park offers walking trails, along with multi use fields that host a Frisbee Golf League.
St. Catherines also has a Niagara College campus with the only fully licenced teaching winery in Canada.
